Retail audit
Know what is actually on the shelf.
Outlets and products kept under approval, survey work assigned to named people, and a phone-first capture app that records the price, the stock and the photo from inside the shop.
How it works
-
1
Assign
Pick the merchandiser, the outlet, the product and the date. Seven toggles decide exactly what gets captured — anything switched off never appears in the field app.
-
2
Capture
On the day, the task opens on the merchandiser's phone. They record the price, the stock counts and the photos, straight from the aisle.
-
3
Approve
The submission goes to whoever assigned it, with the photos attached. Approve it, send it back for rework, or terminate it outright.
What it holds
Route to market
The shops. Outlets grouped by channel category and outlet group, each with an address, a map pin and contact details.
SKU
The products. Brands and sub-brands, categories, packaging, selling configuration and barcodes.
Survey
The work. Tasks assigned to named merchandisers, the questions they answer, and the captures they submit.
System administration
The people. Accounts, the rights they hold per sub-module, and shared vocabulary like packaging units.
Two rules worth knowing
Nothing changes without approval
Editing an outlet does not edit the outlet. It lodges a proposed change and leaves the live record exactly as it was until an approver accepts it — at which point the version moves on. Every record keeps its original numeric code for good, plus a comment thread and a full activity trail.
A task remembers what it asked for
Each task records which version of the outlet and the product it was issued against. Renaming a product next month cannot quietly rewrite what a merchandiser was told to measure last month.
